Running out of warehouse and raw material space, Contractors Wardrobe® purchases a building adjacent to its Sacramento facility (pictured left), giving them another 43,500 square feet of space, now totaling over 92,500 square feet in Northern California.
Later that year, continuing on their path of vertical integration, they purchase an 81,000 square foot building in Valencia (pictured right) to house its glass processing center that includes cutting, fabrication and tempering of their Duratuf® tempered safety glass.
